They...so cute! So very very cute! See, I am theorizing now that they both had really shitty childhoods, so they are living all those cute childhood moments now. When it's even cuter.

because john is like a little 13 year old boy who like, cant pull rodneys pig tails but like LIKES rodney and well, he is trying to be SO SUPER COOL ABOUT IT and rodney is all, "ahahaha, *kiss kiss*" in his face and it really upsets john and he is all, "fine then, i like you and want to fuck you, OKAY?" and rodney didnt KNOW he was serious but is like, "uh okay"

and then they have a cute little teeny romance <3

John is totally a 14-year-old girl when he's in love. He gets all red, flushed to the tip of his pointy ears and stumbles into walls and people, and keeps stuttering, and trying to get thoughtful I-totally-<3-u gifts for Rodney (such as chocolate, coffee, cool Ancient gadgets, more coffee, alien chocolate, some sort of shield-like device, ZPM's, coffee, something akin to flowers but that is totally non deadly for Rodney, citrus free lemon pie, and coffee)


And then he goes and writes in his diary manly journal:

Dear diary journal:

Rodney told me I was stupid today. He's so dreamy! Do you think he'll notice me if I keep shrinking my black t-shirts and arch my eyebrows at him?

*sighs*

Why are geniuses so cute? Life isn't fair.

Oh well. I'll go and see if I can get him to rant at me again before dinner.

I can see it too, maybe Rodney had a bad day, they are in the cafeteria, Rodney's being quiet, John knows there is something wrong, or maybe one of Rodney's team met with an unfortunate accident..John knows how that feels and it's his little gesture of trying to cheer him up..by inching that pudding over to him.

Okay, I just basically wrote a little fic for this picture..sorry about that, but it's totally inspirational, too too cute!!!

Absolutely adorable. I like how John is oh so casually not looking at Rodney as he gives him his pudding. And how Rodney is watching out of the corner of his eyes. The blushes on both of them really make this picture, though. I am always amazed how much expression with which you imbue your drawings, just from a few lines. CUTE!!!!
