spaggelSteak. Salad. Avocado. Goat cheese.
This makes the best salad ever. I walk into the store, just to get a snack and walk out with steak in hand.
Go me.
Grilled steak (pan fried) with black pepper, green onion and served over spinach/spring salad mix, avocado and goat cheese. (no dressing, but you could add a little balsamic vinegar)
BEST THING. DO TRY.
Of course, there probably IS a salad already made like it out there, but I shall call this, "My steak salad"
