I use OpenCanvas for pretty much anything and everything I do. I have stepped out and used adobe photoshop and illustrator, but I like the brushes I can use and colors with OpenCanvas. Like working with an oekaki board (web based art program)
Haha, no, it's okay, I was just burning with curiosity because I thought I recognized how the pencil lines kind of fade in at the beginning. I really like how OC smooths thin lines; it's so much better at that than Photoshop is.
(Are you using version 1 with the networking capability or one of the later versions? The networking thing is really fun.)
Right, that would be really super awesome! The networking function is kind of screwy for me too, though; I haven't tried it on this computer but on my last computer it refused to work at all, so I've been looking up other alternatives, like Project Warpaint (which supposedly lets each player have up to 11 layers!!). I'll get back to you when I figure it out. :3

yup! using the 1.1 version. i've tried to do the network before, but never really got it to work :| I THINK i was doing it right...
