I don't even know

So, yesterday started with having to recover my computer. To factory settings. Erasing everything that I wasn't smart enough to back up on to my external hard drive.

ALL THAT ARTWORK I DIDN'T POST. OH GOD. OH GOD. OH GOD.

God, [livejournal.com profile] spaggel, I am so sorry. I sympathise (this is of little use to you) as I lost thousands of words of writing in the same way last year--are you certain there's no getting it back?

I hope that there wasn't as huge an amount of artwork on there as there could have been, and I just hope that you cease to feel as terrible about it as you no doubt do soon.

Bonding over tragedy is the only way to go. Losing things like writing and art is the worst! And, No D: Everything is gone. I did have a lot of stuff backed up when I did a total system back up about 2 months ago, but anything after is gone.

There was probably about 30-40 little sketches/pieces that I had drawn but never posted and never would have. Only two that I would have and well, I'm going to work through it.
