Hi! I friended your journal a while back because your art is SO CUTE. But this just takes the cake. What program do you use? And how do you get that awesome watercolor-ish looking blend to your coloring?
WEll, I'm glad I can provide :D I use a program called open canvas. I use the 1.0 version as it is free and it has a watercolor/paintbrush setting that you can adjust who much color and blend you want in the brush and just by messing around with it you can give it that light, watercolor feeling and look
