You're gonna kill yourself. At least, Rodney thinks so. But Rodney thinks John is going to die from 20 things at even given time, but THIS really is a valid reason for concern.

John would totally be oblivious to why Rodney was concerned and then he would get knocked off his surfboard by a huge wave and Rodney would rush in the water to "save" him nearly drowning him in the process, berating John for being an idiot the whole time.
